I use a blend of wisdom traditions, Reiki, Sound Healing, Guided Meditation, and Breathwork to take you to a place of relaxation and overall wellness.

I offer an experience to not only relax your mind but also allow you to totally let go.

The sound bowls create a ripple effect of vibration which aligns your body, mind, and spirit. When you add Reiki energy work and breath you are taken away to a place I call "Lilyland", an entirely next level of bliss and relaxation.

Common and direct effects of a session are deeper sleep, reduced anxiety, lowered stress levels, and better digestion. When we begin I discuss with each guest their goals for the session. 

Note: Sessions in a pool take this entire experience to the next level.

Guided Meditation 
Group Offering

I o ffer an intimate group a transformative sound and meditation experience with a  blend of mindfulness, sound , and Reiki for energetic alignment and attunement.


In your home - $400

Meditation is a mindful state that you achieve when you go to the space between your thoughts. 


Magic happens in this space because you enter a whole new world as the frequency of your brain waves shift to gamma or theta waves which lead to relaxation and can even reduce pain and increase your ability to sleep. 


From this place you can access new ways of being and expanding your awareness, which results in relaxation and peace.


Through my guidance, meditation becomes the simplest thing – slowing down the mind and less focus on thinking.


In group meditations I guide your participants through the entire process. I explain what happens to their mind and body during mindfulness and meditation to support them in reaching a state of stillness.


As they relax their physical body and open to their energetic flow, I use the sound bowls to bring them to a new level of relaxation. Each group session is 120 minutes of education, relaxation and rejuvenation.


Participants will receive energy and frequency shifts in their physical, emotional, mental, and energetic bodies for greater wholistic wellness.

Meditate like A Master Workshop
 Understand why meditation works and begin a practice. Meditation gives you access to greater wellness and allows you to access a healthy mind, body, and spirit.   


When we meditate, we bring long-lasting benefits into our lives by lowering stress levels, connecting more deeply to the self, improving focus, and being more kind to ourselves and others. 

In meditation, we learn how to pay attention to the breath as it goes in and out, and notice when the mind wanders from this task. This practice of returning to the breath builds the muscles of attention and mindfulness. 

In this 2.5 hour workshop you will learn how the mind is the control centre of your body and practice various techniques to bring your whole being into alignment.

You will discover the path to achieve this experience on your own and can continue your meditation practice for years to come.

This is a great way to create a memorable and life changing experience on your path to greater wellness.
CONNECTION CALL

60-min. Frequency Shift Session

This session attunes the entire body; shifting your frequency and entire energetic body.


Sessions are one on one interaction virtually or in-person in Edmonton.


There will be time to discuss goals you have or challenges you are experiencing.


Session includes: Guided relaxation, Reiki and Sound healing to shift your frequency and reset your body and being.


$150 CAD  

90-min. Clearing Restoration Session

This is a deeper session for clearing, shifting, and complete revitalization.


Sessions are one on one interaction virtually or in-person in Edmonton.


We will discuss what goals you have or challenges you are experiencing.


Session includes: Guided relaxation, Reiki and Sound healing to clear blocks, past life connections, shift your frequency and reset your body and being.
