Imagine your body as this incredible vessel that carries your Soul around. This vessel is made up entirely of energy and what makes it so unique is its gift to change its frequency. We have a physical body and an energetic body. We see the physical and feel the energetic. Our energy centers are also known as chakras and we have hundreds throughout our body with the biggest ones located at the center of our physical body. They run parallel to our spine and through our head and beyond (below our feet and above our head).

Energy is frequency or vibration. Frequency can be measured in hertz; Vibration is the 'feeling' of frequency. One of the smallest particles known to man is a proton and every proton has a frequency to it. That movement/frequency is energy. Protons are in every molecule, in every cell, in EVERYTHING we can see, touch, and feel, therefore everything is energy. There is a specific frequency to it.  We have a core frequency, starting at our most inner part of us, our Soul, our very core being, and this frequency travels from our Heart Center. Did you know you have a brain in your Heart Center? It learns, thinks, remembers, and communicates independently from your head brain. Our head brain is another amazing part of this vessel. It's the control center for your physical body. It takes information from your outside world through your 5 senses, combines with past experiences, and tells the physical body what to do. 

The heart brain is our direct connection to our Soul and that is the one we should be operating from. Most of us are operating from our head brain, that's where our beliefs, perceptions, habits, ego, etc live. Only Soul lives in our heart brain; only pure love energy. We are supposed to be operating from our Soul brain; having it guide our head brain. Our head brain needs to relax to receive that information so it can instruct the body in a healthy direction. From the energetic perspective, the Soul is pure energy of the highest frequency/vibration. That energy gets filtered at the head brain before it travels to the rest of the body. If the head brain is too busy with its own stuff (the hamster wheel), it creates resistance and the energy is changed into a lower vibration/frequency. This is when the physical body goes into "dis-ease".

This is why meditation has so many health benefits - you are relaxing your mind and opening up the energy flow from your Soul.

All of my teachings are to help you open up that flow. Let your Soul guide you to living the life you were meant to live.

My Experience:
I love our Canadian Rockies and have been skiing, climbing, and hiking in them for over 20 years. I also love to cook, my specialty being making everything from scratch. I’ve catered a variety of events such as a wedding of over 50, a camp cook at a helicopter-in backcountry hut for 19 people for 7 days, and years of events for various organizations, mainly the Alpine Club of Canada (ACC). This included everything from menu planning, purchasing/preparing to serving the food.

I’ve managed hostels in Costa Rice doing everything from creating websites, setting up accounting programs, managing coffee/juice bar, managing online bookings to check in/outs. 

Offering unique services such as 
Morning coffee walks to the beach for meditation/sound bath by sunrise. 

Meeting people from all over the world was my favourite part.

Sharing my passion for our Rockies started back in 2008 when I chaired The ACC - Edmonton Section. Leading trips, managing courses, and running introductory winter and summer courses. I am not a guide but I know the activities first hand and who to hire to ensure the full experience.

The energy of life flows through everything

 Our connection to it, the very core You, your Spark; the individualized expression of the energy of Life. This energy is the highest frequency, brightest light, purest consciousness there is - I call it "Liquid Love". There is an infinite flow of it at our core.
